Rob Shaw is a visual artist and designer who spreads his time between Truro, Nova Scotia and Cable Head East, PEI.

Rob sees the world with a ruler in his mind; the geometric nature of his work derives from an obsession with simplified shapes, hard edges and a passion for color. Rob’s works are a rich portrayal of landscapes through the lens of geometric abstraction. Inspired by the striking views and vistas within his local community and throughout Atlantic Canada, Rob’s fractured landscapes are a fresh approach to traditional landscape painting.
